Custom orders may require additional time for production, usually 7-15 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery destination.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery typically between 2-5 business days.

For orders over $100, free standard shipping is available.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on destination).

Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

4. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs, taxes, or import fees based on your country's regulations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping to Remote Locations

Additional charges may apply for remote areas, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Delivery to remote locations may require additional time.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.

In the rare case that your order is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after confirming with the carrier.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Some products may have shipping restrictions to specific countries due to local regulations.
